Hello! My name is Angela.
I’m a content designer, writer, and strategist based in San Francisco, CA. With over 15 years of navigating complex industries and business problems, I thrive on being at the forefront of innovation and technology. I find joy in helping simplify user experiences and disentangling complicated topics to drive user action — all while using the power of words and design.
What motivates me. I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior, what motivates us, and how language matters. Currently, I’m pursuing my Master of Liberal Arts in Psychology at Harvard University, Division of Continuing Education. Previously, I led content for generative AI at Meta, the CX Cloud mobile app at Cisco, Facebook Marketplace help center (including emails and in-product support flows), Habitat for Humanity San Francisco’s marketing department, and various software startups. Before tech, I spent seven years in editorial and magazine publishing.
What I do outside of work. I’m endlessly curious about the world around us. In my free time, you’ll find me reading, hiking, surfing, attending concerts, hanging out with my dog, and fostering other dogs — check out Muttville, a senior dog rescue nonprofit!
